We may refuse or decline an inquiry, quotation request or business transaction at our discretion where permitted by applicable law.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, technical information and compatibility information accurate and current. Product information may change because of manufacturing changes, technical improvements or other circumstances. Images are for reference and actual appearance, packaging or labeling may differ.
For a specific transaction, the confirmed quotation, PI, specification sheet, technical document, sample or other written confirmation prevails over general information displayed on the website.
4. Quotations and Pricing
Prices may not be publicly displayed. Customers may submit an RFQ or other inquiry to request pricing and commercial terms. Any quotation is subject to its stated validity period.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, price, availability, lead time, MOQ, shipping terms and other commercial conditions may change before an order is formally confirmed. A quotation or RFQ response does not constitute acceptance of an order unless we expressly confirm it.
5. Orders and Business Transactions
Orders and business transactions are subject to mutual confirmation between the customer and Mulstars. Applicable commercial terms may be specified in a quotation, Proforma Invoice (PI), purchase order, sales confirmation or other written agreement accepted by both parties.
The confirmed PI or other mutually agreed transaction document governs the specific transaction where applicable. We may decline an order or request additional information before acceptance.
6. Customization and OEM/ODM
OEM, ODM, customization and other special requirements are individually evaluated. Available customization options, minimum quantities, sample and development requirements, production lead times, certification, packaging and other conditions may vary by product and customer requirements.
Any customization, specification, quantity, price, lead time or other requirement must be confirmed separately before production.
7. Availability, Lead Times, Shipping and Delivery
Availability and lead times shown or communicated through the website are for reference unless confirmed in writing. For customized products, OEM/ODM projects and bulk orders, production timing depends on final specifications, quantity, sample approval, material availability and production schedule.
Shipping methods, delivery terms, costs and estimated transit times may vary by destination, quantity, method and agreed commercial terms. Responsibilities and risk allocation are specified in the relevant quotation, PI or other agreed transaction document.
8. Payment, Taxes and Duties
Payment terms, methods, currency, schedule and other financial conditions are specified in the applicable quotation, PI or other agreed transaction document. Customers are responsible for accurate billing and payment information and for completing payment according to agreed terms.
Unless expressly stated, quotations may exclude taxes, customs duties, import charges and other destination-country charges. These are handled in accordance with agreed commercial terms and applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, product information, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, software and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Mulstars or its rights holders unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit it without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
10. Customer Information and Submissions
When submitting an RFQ, inquiry, technical requirement, specification, file, drawing or other information, you are responsible for its accuracy and for having the rights to provide it. We may use it to evaluate inquiries, prepare quotations, communicate, provide products or services and perform related business activities.
Confidential or proprietary information should be submitted through appropriate channels and subject to applicable confidentiality or NDA arrangements.
11. Personal Information and Third-Party Services
Personal information submitted through the website is handled under our Privacy Policy. Third-party links are provided for convenience only; Mulstars does not control or take responsibility for their content, availability, accuracy or practices.
12. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, provide false information, infringe others' rights, introduce harmful code, compromise website operation or security, or systematically copy or scrape content without authorization. We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
13. Accuracy, Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or free from typographical or technical errors. We may correct errors, update product information or discontinue products or services at any time. Nothing on the website is a binding commercial commitment unless confirmed in writing.

Mulstars is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from the use of the website or reliance on general information. We may suspend or terminate access where permitted by law. If a provision is found unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions remain in effect.

These Terms and expressly referenced policies govern use of the website. Specific quotations, PIs, purchase orders, contracts or other written agreements may contain additional or different terms; where they conflict, the specific written agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with its applicable effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
